We are pleased to be able to offer additional dental care to you under Level 2, there are a few changes we have made to ensure we can do so in a safer way for everyone.
We ask that you be patient, kind, and cooperate in the following:
- We will ask some pre-screening questions before appointments and again on arrival to anyone who is entering the premises.
- Contact tracing will be done on all people entering the clinic.
- Hand sanitiser is provided, please use it as you enter and exit the premises.
- Continue to practise social distancing of 2 metres wherever possible.
- Arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.
- We ask for you to wait in your car until we are ready to see you, and limit the number of people coming in by attending by yourself if possible.
- If you suddenly need to cough or sneeze after arrival please cough into the crook of your elbow or use tissues to cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing. Dispose of any tissues into marked waste bins provided.
- Invoices will be done online where possible.
- Extra time has been allotted for everyone’s appointment, please be patient with other patients and staff as we all adapt to these new changes.
Please be assured that while we already have strict hygiene practices in place, following guidance from the Ministry of Health and Dental Council we will be implementing additional health and safety practices.
